Needlecase

Oh no....

I felt like I need new fabrics. It was like that ! I needed them. And also new tools, such as ribbons, needles, and I need zig zag sccissors too !

Recently spent loads of money on them. But... I love it !

I'm glad that I am not typical woman.

But think I became 'craft woman'. 

Instead of spending money on clothes, cosmetics, nail tips(lol), etc. I prefer purchase products to make my crafts !! (and my clothes soon ;))

Like two days ago ! But... I love it !!

Received felt. I was not sure about it. What to create using it, or is it good fabric. Well, who cares, I bought it, soon, I will be poor, homless Mo, but at least I came around that felt was not such a bad idea as I thougth.

Today, while I was abandoned by everyone (????) I went for walk, (sun was shining, and finally I smelled spring in the air). Also I used my new cute products, inter alia, felt.

Soon, I will be master of cushions !

Recently I have done three of them, and another one is in progress.

I created nice cushion patterns, which you have a look below.

 

Also, I ordered yesterday polyester fibre items filling stuffing, so I could make different sizes, bigger or smaller, smaller or bigger.

I wish I could stop time, even for a moment ,because I have more ideas than day has hours.

For around two months I will start to learn how to sew dresses. Maybe earlier. I would like to make very long flower pattern dress, with fabric that I found in local craft shop. Really nice. Maybe I will handle with this ? Definitely, I will. 

Afret next couple of months of practice I will start desinging my wedding dress, as the biggest challenge of all planned challenges is to make it on my own.

So this year is so exciting for me. Loads of plans, ideas, and crafts.

Monism's Cookbook is finished !

Right, today during this lovely day I finished book cover. In this example I made cover for my cookbook.

But also I'm thinking about creating covers for exercise book, or diary.

I can offer a choice of your own embroidery words, such as your name, name of the subject or others.

Pretty Mo's Cookbook

Whoooohoo I tried embroidery last night !

Title of book is embroidered.

My plan for yesterday was to finish fabric cover cookbook. Somewhat thank to my crazy friend, I created idea of making my own cookbook with experimental recipes and with my favourite meals. 

I got it, and all I need to do is to sew one part to another, and of course start to fill in hand made cookbook.

I will begin by adding oregano, two cheeses baked baguette recipe.

Sewing Machine

This is my awaited private sewing machine.

(No idea what is going on with space button on keyboard, but it seems like not working).

Anyway, I love it and yesterday I started to practice.

I made couple of first stitches, and...

...pillow cover.

I know it is not perfect, as I need more time to measure, proper cut, and bla bla bla, but I believe it does not take much time.

Well, as creative morning passed away, time to do day tasks. House hunting, shopping list, payroll reports, projects, and of course sewing machine !!

I wonder, when I will find time to finish all of my ideas ? hmm ?? ;)

Spring is in the Air

Today was such a lovely day. Was warm and quite sunshine. I decided with friends to go outside for a walk or so. We went to park to make some fun and also pictures.Then we visited to my favourite curry restaurant with the best chicken curry in whole Manchester !!! Was so much laugh so after coming back home, I started to create, and I could not use other colours than those:

Colours are expressing my mood and whole day, and in addition spring atmosphere that I do feel. So what that I wore ballerinas shoes, and in one moment my feel got freezed. I feel spring ;)

Pretty Happy

Nanana nanana nana naanana.

It's Thursday, and I can proudly say, that this week is awesome !!!

I found that there is no impossible things for me that I could not make it, I feel happy and cheerful, and also got few work offers. 

...and...

...my blanket is growing !! as you can see on pictures above. 

Summarise, I spent couple of hours to create it, but it was worth it !!!

I believe two more days, and I could show finished granny blanket :)

Whoohoo, adore them so much, and wish my sewing machine was here, booo !

Pretty Mo - Operation Blanket

Yes !!! This will be a blanket !!!

Blanket, big, massive blanket for warm spring evening, designed for lying on the grass in park.

Definitely, it will be the biggest and the most time-consuming project, but new challenges make me optimistic. 

 Got five squares now, but with every half an hour amount of squares increases.

So, wish me luck. Maybe I will finish it until end of this superb week.

Pretty Sewing Machine !

Yesterday I purchased my first, my own, my sewing machine ! Can't wait when it arrives, as I ordered it by on-line shop. It should appear tomorrow, or day after tomorrow !

Feel so excited !

Today I made some crochet exercises, such as square, circles, designed some inspirations, made them in half finished, and took some images.

I'm really proud of this square. I did not realize that it will be so fast and easy for me. Think today is that day, whilst I can make everything. Where is my sewing machine then ??!?!

I have no idea how will I use it.

Probably I will make more squares and connect them all together in one cute bag or blanket. Or simply I will leave it as glass pad.
